Eyal Zimet had 10 digs during this Saturday, April 6, 2002 match against the UCLA Bruins. The Warriors swept the game 30-19, 30-20, and 30-20, surprising many who believed the Warriors wouldn't win against the Bruins two nights in a row. Photograph from Honolulu Star Bulletin. | ||

When the University of Hawai'i won the NCAA tournament (being the first men's team to win a national title in school history), they were given a hero's welcome as they arrived back at the Honolulu Airport. This picture gives a good idea of what the excitement of the moment was like. | ||
